# PEOSTECTICA RFC-AI — COMPREHENSIVE PREIMPLEMENTATION FORENSIC AUDIT AND DESIGN-CORRECTION REGISTER
**Evidence cut:** Live observations and verified public draft packets through current UTC review. **Status:** DOCUMENTARY DRAFT / NOT ADOPTED / NOT IMPLEMENTED / NO PRODUCTION RFC-AI ACCEPTANCE.
**Scope:** Registered RFC-AI 0–46 public review copies, supporting workflow/Reader and Writer specifications, the known Peostectica machine/cloud migration and prior independently retrievable incident evidence, and comparable primary-source engineering postmortems.
**Owner/release authority:** CEO exclusively controls policy adoption and release. A review draft, AI statement, checksum, server copy or complete list does NOT exercise that authority.

## A. Critical finding and investigation method
Peostectica repeatedly lost real deliverable reliability when the actor, authoritative source, actual machine, current work obligation, and independently observed result were confused. The future RFC-AI framework addresses these conceptual risks but its initial drafts did not sufficiently bind cross-Interface authority and evidence or make CONTINUITY/CONTEXT/ASSIGNMENT economical to assemble. This audit therefore corrects WHAT and WHY inside the original RFCs, names future Standards/Interfaces as owners of HOW, adds clear adversarial design oracles and preserves unresolved implementation proofs.

Evidence grades in this report:
- **E1 PRIMARY RETRIEVED:** actual dated Google Drive incident/DAVG/source records. A claim in a legacy report remains a claim until separately checked.
- **E2 INDEPENDENT CURRENT OBSERVATION:** shell/provider readback and cryptographic/HTTPS checks performed in the present review through the connected Alpine gateway.
- **E3 EXTERNAL PRIMARY SOURCE:** vendor's own published incident investigation or published specification, with URL/date supplied.
- **E4 REASONED DESIGN INFERENCE:** why a proposed interface might fail when conditions change; a falsifiable design concern, NOT a deployed defect.
- **E0 UNKNOWN:** a historical or future claim without an available trustworthy witness.

### Source limitations
The review does not possess an immutable image of every Peostectica machine from formation, every cloud deletion event, every earlier chat, every prior browser session or all expired revisions. Therefore **"entire system" means all currently identifiable material evidence inspected**, not a claim of omniscient reconstruction. Where historical reports conflict, preserve competing statements and require independent verification. Do not convert an AI-authored forensic-looking summary into an F3 or F4 observation. The existing Alpine CorporateAdministrator, root privileges, website, source catalog and legacy Reader are **historical installed systems**, NOT RFC-AI implementations.

### Executive conclusion
**All 20 analysis categories now have explicit draft corrections in source RFC-AI texts with acceptance counterexamples.** That is SPECIFICATION COVERAGE, not implementation, provider adoption or full operational closure. No future enforcement, worker runtime, Write Interface, StorageInterface, independent collector, source registry or approval system has been built from the new RFCs. Source-of-authority conflict with Google Drive and Reader automation limitations remain OPEN. Their exact incomplete consequences are recorded below. All original normative MUST/MUST NOT source text remains in its one RFC source document; appended design clauses do not split an RFC into several authoritative files.

## B. Chronological reconstruction of company and migration failure modes
**May–September 2026 — origins and growth [E1/E4].** Foundational engineering and corporate documentation began with concepts of physical/mechanical systems and then accumulated organization design, AI work roles, software, media and engineering work. Historical completeness of this period is LIMITED by available records. Baseline defect: creating specifications and optimistic status artifacts sometimes outran independent proof of physical result or running software. Future RFC 27 and 22 need subject-domain/physical checks, not text similarity.

**October 3, 2026 — duplicate Google Drive branches [E1].** The contemporaneous Devil's Advocate report records two separately created 'AI Experts' folders under a corporate parent, distinct opaque IDs and a Founders folder saved inside the branch not being browsed by the CEO. One folder title gave the illusion of a unique path while the Drive object model permitted duplicates. Lesson: external names/paths are convenient labels, not authenticated identity; migration must record exact parents, IDs, approval and discoverability. Evidence: https://docs.google.com/document/d/16kPyrJtxm1d0AxZqtAIPgYK5QeOuLWOOApTNVmnTSlE/edit

**October 5, 2026 — apparent activity without actual durable workforce [E1].** The Founder autopsy alleges broad project stagnation, one-off terminal scripts mistaken for autonomous processes and missing live worker execution. Its own later claim of permanent remediation is NOT automatically independently verified; a different October 9 review still found suspect claimed active assignments. Lesson: a START claim, heartbeat file or authored script does not prove a running, authorized executor or completed artifacts. Separate obligation, claimed owner epoch, process runtime, event receipt and final domain outcome. Evidence: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gVOcrKgSNuiRJ2V7cdVDdLwM7GzeI_RwYjPQ2Y-QSvg/edit

**October 9, 2026 — independent reviewer contradicted FULL PASS [E1].** Review of a seven-SVG Hodaka package found six malformed XML diagrams due to ampersand escaping, despite a previous acceptance claim. Another Alpine shell archive passed superficial syntax but assumed /24 firewall CIDR and had a diagnostic that could return FULL PASS despite meaningful failures. A G-code package's height claim included nonprinting travel; the reviewer distinguished printed geometry from reported maximum travel. Worker queue evidence also did not establish a fresh owner/runtime. Lesson: independent parsing, domain semantics and actually running services must defeat self-certified review text. Evidence: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zJ6BiQiDUvU56oWk1Y-bSu_Fa8dfkdDXUgRTWfQyZ5E/edit

**October 16, 2026 — Founder procedure sequencing [E1].** The DA record states work was undertaken while the CEO was still discussing objectives and that past DA reports were not sufficiently integrated into the pre-work procedure. The report expressly denied independent audit or successful live SSH/Helper execution. Lesson: authentic current authority and evolving objective scope precede consequential operation; prior known failures are examined and logged as applicable evidence rather than blindly replayed. Evidence: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xsprO0D3YhcEDw_vmQicJQ8KYuN4NMNifjEaDpvr9gk/edit

**October 20, 2026 — machine, storage and command-context confusion [E1].** The independently filed DAVG distinguishes physical old Windows machines, Alpine VMware guest, separate Latitude/Windows test systems, PuTTY UI versus actual shell, doas versus su, cloud provider versus DriveFS local cache and backup image versus verified restoration. Some prior instructions had assumed the wrong operating system or tool. The report's categories [CEO]/[RECORD]/[SCREENSHOT]/[INFERENCE]/[UNKNOWN] are themselves worth retaining. Lesson: Worker Contact CONTEXT must observe executor machine, shell, host, provider and authenticated target separately. Evidence: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1m0yuL35gmOUb5j9CH0A73SG-Z18HDwD8/view

**October 26–30, 2026 — first RFCs and legacy administrator [E1/E2].** AI_RFC grew under Corporation/Framework. The CorporateAdministrator continuity ledger described root-capable local peoagent, read/write privileged utilities, broker work and ongoing incomplete route/capability inventory. Passing a local root id check does not create centrally mediated authorization. Evidence: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hq3zfSv3HMmxMeNKcUNW8SXOG-Ems7pl/view

**October 27 onward — new canonical Peostectica root [E1].** Explicit new root plus legacy GPTChat creates a migration and source-retirement problem: which provider ID/parent is active, when cutover happened, where older references point, which workers have stale context, and how CEO-visible discovery is verified. Historical roots are research records, not equal controlling authorities. Evidence: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1H6e6qocfWeSSdSGWXBJnSFYXAYicwb4x/view

**November 2–3, 2026 — RFC-AI drafts, public Reader and design corrections [E2].** Source packets 0–46 are accessible as public drafts; the Word/Reader style, extensible first-CRLF metadata and one Worker Contact Document design were progressively corrected. Current public text may disagree with canonical Drive originals. The draft specification explicitly describes this distinction rather than treating online availability as adoption or implementation.

## C. Live system observations: lessons, not new RFC-AI execution
A previous gateway probe identified Alpine host peostectica-alpine-01, existing CorporateAdministrator and connected command gateway, stopped legacy AI manager/watchdog and an existing broad doas path permitting the peoagent account to reach root. The root path is not hidden merely because selected broker commands reject writes. The cloud mount and actual cloud-account credentials are different identities. A mount, a local file, a web 200 response or a valid SHA-256 all prove only their respective observed facts.

A prior disk probe showed the Alpine attached data volume near 96% occupancy. Any proposed pervasive forensic collector, continuous screenshots, unbounded retry or worker event retention must budget disk and scheduler resources. Lack of a collector in a failure state cannot be covered by an unverified AI-authored event.

Current design-only edits are placed under /srv/rfc-ai.com/public/rfcs/drafts. This server location is a **public derivative**, not the authoritative cloud source registry. An earlier read-only Drive provider MD5 comparison found 46 public RFC files different from their correspondingly numbered canonical Google Drive files. Provisional RFC 46 has no independently verified canonical registry allocation. These are separate defects: **46 previously demonstrated source-byte conflicts** and **one unknown canonical allocation**. A new SHA on each public packet establishes internal consistency, not governance authority.

The backup of the pre-correction public draft folder is preserved outside public at /srv/rfc-ai.com/backup-rfc-analysis-closure-20261103. A backup is not verified recovery: future restoration testing must prove exact source/ACL/dependency and functional behavior. No broad root permission was removed; to do so without independently verified replacement would risk losing current operational capability. The RFC-AI runtime remains UNIMPLEMENTED by explicit current design scope.

### What observed technical checks can and cannot say
- A downloaded public file matched server bytes after HTTPS: **provider-facing publication byte consistency** for that file at that moment, not CEO adoption.
- Its first-line conventional packet's SHA-256 matches all following CRLF-delimited bytes: **body integrity** but not provenance, author identity, semantic accuracy or implementation.
- A Google Drive provider file ID and digest mismatch the public derivative: **unresolved source registry conflict**; never silently select the latest-looking one.
- A Reader JavaScript file passed node --check and helper tests: **syntax and limited pure-function behavior**; real browser interception, Supermium keyboard navigation and DOM security remain unverified.
- A future conformance scenario exists in JSON: **a proposed oracle**, not an executed future control.
- A previous DA's FULL PASS, or a full list of RFC references, does not authenticate real observations.

## D. External primary-source case studies and transfer of lessons
**GitLab, January 31, 2017 database loss [E3].** GitLab's published incident identifies about six hours of missing database data, replication problems and restoration from an old usable backup. Mere backup configuration did not ensure a recent restorable state. Design response: RFC-AI 23 defines independent restore validation of exact provider version, identity/ACL and operational functionality; no worker may claim recovery from a saved filename alone. Source: https://about.gitlab.com/blog/gitlab-dot-com-database-incident/

**Atlassian, April 5–18, 2022 cloud site deletion [E3].** Its official post-incident investigation documents a request for obsolete app deletions, site IDs supplied in place of app IDs, an API that could delete either resource without effective type warning, and deletion of 883 sites affecting 775 customers. Lost site identity also damaged support-contact routing; multi-service restoration was complex. Design response: typed resource ID at actual destructive effect boundary, soft-delete/recoverability, independent contacts and restoration across linked services, not a syntactically valid script alone. Source: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/how-we-build/post-incident-review-april-2022-outage

**AWS Builders Library, idempotent APIs [E3].** Retries after an ambiguous network outcome can repeat effects or arrive late with a changed caller intention. Idempotency token and matching request parameters, durable result retention, reconciliation and expiry are necessary. Design response: preserve mandatory transfer retry for missing bytes while assigning provider commit uncertainty, exact target revision, duplicate suppression and late effects to StorageInterface rather than duplicating a storage engine in every worker. Source: https://aws.amazon.com/builders-library/making-retries-safe-with-idempotent-APIs/

**Microsoft Azure Architecture Center, Saga [E3].** Multi-service local commits cannot generally be rolled back by pretending a single global ACID transaction exists. Compensating actions where safe, explicit irreversible effects, state reconciliation and isolation limits are needed. Design response: independent save/publish/approval/outcome status and accountable coordinator, not 'Drive write succeeded => assignment completed.' Source: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/architecture/patterns/saga

**SPIFFE workload identities [E3].** An AI's selected nickname, a corporate GUID, an actual authenticated executor workload and a target machine are distinct. Short-lived verifiable workload identities offer a model for service-to-service authentication without granting rights from memorized text. Design response: typed principal and context, bounded credentials, scope, expiry and revocation, checked at real effect boundary. Source: https://spiffe.io/docs/latest/spiffe-specs/spiffe-id/

**Google SRE overload operations [E3].** Reliability relies on resource budgeting, backpressure, load shedding and protection of critical functions, rather than insisting every task consume resources forever. Design response: deterministic obligation persists while actual execution is safely deferred with explicit next action and evidence-loss protection. Source: https://sre.google/workbook/overload/

**RFC 8259 JSON and W3C accessibility [E3].** JSON top-level values include object, array, string, number, boolean or null. An unknown first-line preamble may be safely retained without falsely claiming understanding; a recognized invalid digest is a different failure. Keyboard-accessible in-document navigation should expose only section headings actually present. Sources: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8259 and https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/

**Lesson synthesis [E4].** In all these comparisons, organizations learned to preserve exact typed identity, observe actual effects, survive external partial failure and test recovery. The particular products or incident conditions do not prove Peostectica's future implementations will work. They identify counterexamples its proposed Standards and Interfaces must withstand.

## E. Full 20-issue correction and falsification matrix — exact revised RFC source excerpts
The following sections are extracted from the public source RFC draft bodies, not summaries invented after publication. Every one has an explicit counterexample. A source-code design correction is not evidence of a deployed effect.

### Issue SRC-01 — RFC-AI 9
DESIGN CORRECTION SRC-01 — Authoritative source publication and split-brain detection
RATIONALE: The historical Drive branch collision and current public/canonical drift show that a valid filename or matching displayed title is not authority.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: A governing source resolution MUST bind canonical provider ID, parent ID, file revision, exact content digest, edition, authenticated adoption status and effective time in one independently read SourceRegistry record. A public draft, Reader cache, backup and Drive canonical original MUST be typed separately. A publish operation MUST record its intended derivative set and reconcile each separately by provider/HTTPS readback; partial propagation is PARTIAL, unknown is UNKNOWN, and conflicting sources never resolve by choosing a convenient newer timestamp. Retired history is research, never effective instruction.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Given two same-named Drive objects and a newer public draft with a different digest, resolve only by verified governing registry revision or return CONFLICT. Separately test half-published derivatives and expired cache: do not label adopted/current.
SCOPE: Proposed RFC design, NOT deployed control; technical HOW belongs to the designated Standard/Interface.

### Issue AUTH-02 — RFC-AI 32
DESIGN CORRECTION AUTH-02 — Real authorization across every mutation boundary
RATIONALE: A broker rejection is ineffective if a shell, root privilege, direct cloud connector, browser session or sync mount can reach the same effect.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: A protected operation MUST carry a typed resource class/ID, specific effect, authenticated worker/session/workload principal, authorized human delegation and revision, current assignment owner epoch, expected object revision, permission scope and expiry. The future Standard MUST enumerate every actual effect path—including scheduled tasks, storage mounts, provider APIs, shells, browsers and emergency administration—and attach the decisive check to each real boundary. An unmediated route forces CONTROL_COVERAGE=PARTIAL. Temporary emergency authority requires separate custody, revocation and a tested replacement before removal, never a model-authored self-permit.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Deny a synthetic mutation then attempt all enumerated alternate paths; every denied route refuses the actual provider effect. Test an authenticated request with a resource ID of the wrong type; deny before execution. Audit all unenumerated routes as OPEN.
SCOPE: Proposed RFC design, NOT deployed control; technical HOW belongs to the designated Standard/Interface.

### Issue HUMAN-03 — RFC-AI 28
DESIGN CORRECTION HUMAN-03 — Authenticated human directive lifecycle
RATIONALE: A conversation assertion or source comment is not sufficient proof of an approved mutation or adopted RFC edition.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The future authorization contract MUST distinguish an authenticated directive from its human-readable wording, and bind issuer, delegated role, operation/resource scope, exact revision/digest, conditions, event ID, effective window, revocation and supersession. An approval of one project piece MUST NOT approve another, and a revocation MUST win at the protected effect boundary even if worker context is stale. Requested approvals MAY be recorded in the Worker Contact Document's optional Assignment section as references; the underlying authenticated approval remains in its governed source system.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Approve only piece A at revision X, reject B and revoke A before its delayed write. Accept no B effect and no revoked A effect; do not infer any approval from a retrieved comment or AI-authored log.
SCOPE: Proposed RFC design, NOT deployed control; technical HOW belongs to the designated Standard/Interface.

### Issue EVID-04 — RFC-AI 45
DESIGN CORRECTION EVID-04 — Independent evidence and forensic custody
RATIONALE: Earlier self-issued FULL PASS claims failed direct XML and runtime inspection; shared custody can generate multiple convincing but dependent receipts.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: Evidence classes MUST describe what the observer actually saw: F0 self-claim, F1 correlation, F2 trusted boundary observation, F3 external provider/physical confirmation, F4 independently reconciled observations with stated trust assumptions. Collection MUST identify collector principal/version, signing or authenticated receipt method, sequence, source scope, retention, data sensitivity, host compromise boundary and custody. Independent evidence MUST NOT be claimed where one compromised party controls worker, collector and signing keys. Missing collectors produce UNKNOWN rather than guilt or PASS.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Create two matching AI-authored logs with no provider event: F4 MUST fail. Simulate compromised shared root, collector outage and a provider response with unsupported evidence; assign the correct lower grade and preserve source chain.
SCOPE: Proposed RFC design, NOT deployed control; technical HOW belongs to the designated Standard/Interface.

### Issue TXN-05 — RFC-AI 38
DESIGN CORRECTION TXN-05 — Transfer integrity, idempotency and distributed business completion
RATIONALE: A cloud commit may succeed even when its acknowledgment is lost; a file save does not imply publication, approval or finished business outcome.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: Transport MUST retry when the entire expected byte payload has not been received; StorageInterface alone owns provider persistence, conditional revision and duplicate-effect reconciliation. A post-write timeout MUST be treated as AMBIGUOUS_COMMIT until exact object ID, expected revision, content digest and idempotency-token scope are independently resolved. Changing parameters under the same intent token is forbidden. Cross-Interface orchestration MUST record each local committed effect, reversible compensation, irreversibility and independent terminal business outcome; no parent objective may be COMPLETED while required effects are PARTIAL or UNKNOWN.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Simulate successful Drive commit with lost acknowledgment and failed website publish: one file only, saved=TRUE, published=FALSE, objective=INCOMPLETE, no unbounded retry or duplicate.
SCOPE: Proposed RFC design, NOT deployed control; technical HOW belongs to the designated Standard/Interface.

### Issue WORK-06 — RFC-AI 17
DESIGN CORRECTION WORK-06 — Durable worker assignment and stale-owner fencing
RATIONALE: A chat turn, a heartbeat line and a durable assignment are different facts; the October workforce reports illustrate the cost of confusing them.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The future coordination Standard MUST specify durable assignment identity, claim lease, owner epoch, accepted START/RUNTIME evidence, active effect receipt, checkpoint revision and exactly defined terminal outcomes. A stale previous owner MUST fail when committing a protected effect after assignment reassignment, regardless of valid past context or a delayed provider request. A worker that is not executing MUST still retain its obligated next action without declaring it running. Failure/reconnect produces reconciliation rather than invented progress.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: A claims epoch 5; lease expires and B claims epoch 6 and commits. A's late epoch-5 save must fail while B's commit survives. A stale heartbeat with no fresh runtime/process/changed artifact cannot show WORKING.
SCOPE: Proposed future contract, NOT running RFC-AI functionality; implementation HOW remains assigned to relevant Standard/Interface.

### Issue CONTACT-07 — RFC-AI 44
DESIGN CORRECTION CONTACT-07 — One useful Worker Contact Document and honest environment context
RATIONALE: Three separate documents and mandatory blank sections violated the existing source model and created false context obligations.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The assembler MUST emit ONE worker-facing document, never three independent documents. Section I CONTINUITY is required, includes the complete current governing Guiding Principles FIRST and identity-bound lessons/history where relevant. Section II CONTEXT is optional when substantive fresh observations exist about organization position, actual AI provider/runtime, execution host, OS, tools, credentials/entitlements (never secret values), mounts, clock, resource constraints and source trust. Section III ASSIGNMENT is optional and LAST, included only for authenticated work with ownership epoch, objective, target overlay and approvals. Absent sections MUST be represented by concise reason/status metadata, not blank pages; critical unknowns still block unsafe effects. Onboarding is nested where relevant.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Test single document in all four valid shapes: Continuity; Continuity+Context; Continuity+Assignment; Continuity+Context+Assignment. Reject split files, fabricated assignments, inferred human workstation, context-dependent target selection and untruthful omission of critical risk.
SCOPE: Proposed future contract, NOT running RFC-AI functionality; implementation HOW remains assigned to relevant Standard/Interface.

### Issue RESEARCH-08 — RFC-AI 5
DESIGN CORRECTION RESEARCH-08 — Research relevance, evidence reuse and independent judgment
RATIONALE: Observing a URL fetch proves only that a fetch happened, not that the worker understood or applied the finding. Ceremonial searches may waste resources.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: Future research records MUST identify exact source ID/edition, observed fetch event where available, relevant claim, applicability to verified current machine and assignment, alternatives/rejected paths, freshness and unresolved questions. The worker SHOULD reuse sufficiently current relevant research instead of compulsively repeating unchanged retrieval. Evidence that text was accessed MUST NOT be inflated into claim-level correctness or domain competence. A domain-specific acceptance review must confirm applicable claims and practical results when required.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Supply two conflicting historic sources and one current incompatible operating system. The AI must identify applicability/conflict and avoid reusing irrelevant assumptions, while recording inaccessible material as UNKNOWN rather than pretending comprehensive research.
SCOPE: Proposed future contract, NOT running RFC-AI functionality; implementation HOW remains assigned to relevant Standard/Interface.

### Issue TRACE-09 — RFC-AI 39
DESIGN CORRECTION TRACE-09 — Stable obligations, verification owner and evidence strength
RATIONALE: Hundreds of MUST/MUST NOT word occurrences are not a set of individually testable requirements; self-certified checklists previously concealed invalid artifacts.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The future requirements ledger MUST reference each governing RFC/Standard clause through stable obligation ID and edition, exact normative span, type MECHANICAL/EVALUATIVE/OUTCOME, responsible Standard/Interface, preconditions, negative and positive test oracles, source trust, independent evidence and DAVG result. The authoritative text stays inside ONE RFC source; line/word locators remain nonnormative. A missing test oracle, source conflict or claimed F4 evidence under shared custody yields OPEN rather than FULL PASS. Design approval and runtime acceptance are separate.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Select an obligation with MUST NOT and a different one with MUST. Test both allowed and forbidden paths and compare actual external effect; self-reported acceptance without provider evidence must be rejected.
SCOPE: Proposed future contract, NOT running RFC-AI functionality; implementation HOW remains assigned to relevant Standard/Interface.

### Issue UTC-10 — RFC-AI 8
DESIGN CORRECTION UTC-10 — One UTC API, clock health and noncausal timestamps
RATIONALE: GetUTCDateNow and GetUTCDatetimeNow appeared as competing signatures, while a recent clock file alone does not prove accuracy or causal event order.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: For future Interface design, GetUTCDatetimeNow() MUST be the canonical complete UTC instant with clock-health uncertainty. Existing GetUTCDateNow() is a versioned deprecated alias to that SAME instant; date-only needs use a distinctly named operation. Master_clock.txt +6-hour expiration is a health-check scheduling hint, not trusted time attestation. Distributed event ownership and ordering MUST use durable revision/epoch/collector sequence independent of wall clock. Clock rollback and stale sync MUST be explicitly represented as UNKNOWN_UNTRUSTED.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Move system clock backward while preserving a future expiration file; refuse trusted-time claims, retain ordered event epochs and never mistake earlier wall timestamps for newer authorized commits.
SCOPE: Proposed future contract, NOT running RFC-AI functionality; implementation HOW remains assigned to relevant Standard/Interface.

### Issue IDENT-11 — RFC-AI 33
DESIGN CORRECTION IDENT-11 — Corporate worker, session, machine and authority as different identities
RATIONALE: The actual AI may run remotely while its tools execute on Alpine and the CEO uses another machine. A nickname or listed connector is not an authenticated session.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The future identity Standard MUST type corporate worker ID, provider session/workload, actual tool executor host, user's observed device, selected assignment target, human principal and delegated authority separately. Each requires its own provenance and TTL. Current organizational position and machine context SHOULD be observed before any assigned target overlay is added to the optional Assignment section of ONE contact document. Credentials MUST be narrow, revocable and verified at the actual protected effect; an observed host or tool does not imply permission.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Provide a worker on remote AI, shell running Alpine and unobserved CEO laptop. Context must label these separately and mark laptop UNKNOWN. Attempt an operation using nickname-only authority and reject it.
SCOPE: Draft future design and test contract; NOT installed RFC-AI software.

### Issue LOAD-12 — RFC-AI 24
DESIGN CORRECTION LOAD-12 — Backpressure, evidence retention, disk pressure and safe deferral
RATIONALE: The legacy data volume has approached capacity limits; unchecked receipts and infinite retries can make a control system destroy its own availability.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The future resilience Standard MUST identify bounded queue budget, storage thresholds, protected forensic retention, safe overload priorities, burst limits, provider rate limits, exponential backoff with jitter when relevant, long-term obligation persistence and independent emergency recovery. Deterministic worker responsibility means preserve an obligation despite temporary lack of execution; it MUST NOT require unlimited CPU/storage or busy loops. The actual Context section SHOULD report observed resource pressure with freshness rather than inferred healthy state.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: At simulated 96% disk usage and a failed collector, preserve essential evidence and next action, degrade nonessential work, leave outcomes incomplete, and show an auditable recovery path. Test emergency channel independent of failed normal service.
SCOPE: Draft future design and test contract; NOT installed RFC-AI software.

### Issue COMPET-13 — RFC-AI 12
DESIGN CORRECTION COMPET-13 — Practical specialist qualification and unbiased role onboarding
RATIONALE: A repeated quiz or AI-generated self-score cannot prove mechanical, scientific, browser or security expertise.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The future worker-qualification Standard MUST distinguish foundational knowledge, practical performance on previously unseen scenarios, error detection, source/measurement interpretation, operating constraints, renewal/revocation and independent scoring authority. Qualification MAY be needed before Assignment; it should be a nested, substantive subsection inside ONE Worker Contact Document, not a fourth mandatory section. A worker MAY receive safe Continuity and substantive Context while unqualified but MUST NOT execute specialist operations without valid authorization and competence.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Give a worker a memorized exam and an unseen task with a known counterexample. Passing the exam but failing the practical scenario cannot produce an unqualified FULL PASS or authorization.
SCOPE: Draft future design and test contract; NOT installed RFC-AI software.

### Issue DAVG-14 — RFC-AI 22
DESIGN CORRECTION DAVG-14 — Independent adversarial review and real deliverable acceptance
RATIONALE: Peostectica historical DAVG packages labeled FULL PASS despite invalid SVG XML, incorrect firewall subnet assumptions and missing execution.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: An independent reviewer MUST inspect the actual artifact/source version and appropriate real-world domain behavior, not just the worker narrative. Test accepted and forbidden cases, include regression checks for changed defects, preserve previous independently accepted unrelated pieces, label evidence strength and precise unresolved blockers. DAVG findings are FIXED with provider/domain evidence, NOT_APPLICABLE with reasons, or OPEN with missing facts and responsibility; a producer's own assertion cannot be an independent verdict. CEO adoption/release decisions are distinct.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Inject unescaped ampersand SVG, wrong CIDR firewall script and a non-running worker with a heartbeat file. Reject all three despite internally consistent report PDFs and passing superficial checks.
SCOPE: Draft future design and test contract; NOT installed RFC-AI software.

### Issue DEPEND-15 — RFC-AI 43
DESIGN CORRECTION DEPEND-15 — Acyclic future development and minimum synthetic reference scenario
RATIONALE: When authorization needs trusted context, context needs registry, registry needs storage and storage needs authorization evidence, a naive build plan deadlocks.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: Separate DESIGN dependencies from real RUNTIME dependencies. Specify a minimal future synthetic reference with explicit immutable source fixture, authenticated identity fixture, one contact document, protected typed operation, StorageInterface result, independent receipt and DAVG oracle; synthetic stubs MUST be labeled and MUST NOT be promoted as production implementation. Implement future Standards/Interfaces only after current draft design acceptance and CEO authorization. Reuse a single responsible component rather than duplicate storage or enforcement logic in each feature.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Draw the dependency DAG and reject cycles that lack a fixed bootstrap trust root. The fixture must reject wrong target, duplicate commit, stale owner epoch and false evidence while revealing every stub.
SCOPE: Draft future design and test contract; NOT installed RFC-AI software.

### Issue CATALOG-16 — RFC-AI 34
DESIGN CORRECTION CATALOG-16 — Retired sources, migrated roots, contacts and catalog identity
RATIONALE: Drive duplicate folder names, GPTChat-to-Peostectica migration and stale cached instructions make a directory or search result an unreliable source of current policy.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: A future source catalog MUST distinguish canonical active ID, archived predecessor, preserved rollback, derived Reader/web copy and unauthorized shadow copy. A root migration MUST record old/new exact IDs, authoritative cutover time, ACL revision, dependency references, preserved evidence, cache invalidation plan, discovery index completion and independent CEO-visible readback. Historical lessons remain queryable as historical research; retired instructions MUST NOT regain active authority through a search rank or cached context. Contact records for support/recovery MUST remain independently recoverable even if primary website identity is deleted.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Create two same-named Drive folders and a stale former GPTChat instruction. After explicit cutover, only one authenticated current ID may govern; cache/client lookup returns CONFLICT or retired history rather than activating obsolete policy. Simulate loss of the primary website contact directory.
SCOPE: Proposed requirement and acceptance test, NOT actual implementation or verified enforcement.

### Issue READER-17 — RFC-AI 46
DESIGN CORRECTION READER-17 — One RFC-AI source, extensible first-CRLF metadata and safe Reader/Writer
RATIONALE: The legacy Reader used RFC-AI/1 and padded identifiers while drafts use RFC-AI/2 and unpadded numbers; unsupported metadata could be mistaken for invalid body.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: Writer MUST preserve ONE complete canonical RFC-AI UTF-8 CRLF .txt; Reader and Writer share a versioned grammar. The preamble before first literal CRLF MAY be any inert UTF-8/JSON top-level type or opaque future data. Unknown metadata MUST survive losslessly and be shown safely, not executed or silently normalized. The conventional #!RFC-AI/2 packet is a supported profile; body SHA covers all bytes after first delimiter when recognized. Reader MAY show in-document Continuity, Context, Assignment buttons only for present actual headings in a unified Worker Contact Document. Absent optional sections get no button and there are never three worker files.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Test JSON object/array/string/number/boolean/null, opaque and long preamble, valid/invalid conventional digest, raw byte round-trip, RFC 0 and 46, keyboard navigation, absent optional buttons, harmless text/plain non-RFC and actual Supermium browser behavior. A syntax-only pass is not runtime acceptance.
SCOPE: Proposed requirement and acceptance test, NOT actual implementation or verified enforcement.

### Issue OPTION-18 — RFC-AI 35
DESIGN CORRECTION OPTION-18 — Optional sections are not blank pages or hidden safety evidence
RATIONALE: Mandatory Context and Assignment sections often force empty, stale or fabricated data that makes a worker believe it knows an environment or has work.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The future Worker Contact Document MUST be one assembled document with required complete applicable guiding Continuity; optional Context is included only when useful independently sourced observations exist; optional Assignment only when authenticated work exists and always LAST. Source records stay separate internally, but the worker-facing document is not split. Optional omissions MUST have brief truthful status and reason metadata; genuinely safety-critical missing context is recorded as material limitation and still blocks risky effects at actual tool boundary. Nested onboarding appears only when qualified evaluation is relevant.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Verify four legitimate single-document shapes and no spurious fourth required section. With unknown execution host and denied authorization, do not add empty Context; omit or flag critical limitation and refuse protected operation. Updating a target overlay cannot rewrite previous observed baseline context.
SCOPE: Proposed requirement and acceptance test, NOT actual implementation or verified enforcement.

### Issue INTEGRITY-19 — RFC-AI 26
DESIGN CORRECTION INTEGRITY-19 — Source trust, non-circular digests and requirement edition mapping
RATIONALE: A SHA field inside its own hashed payload is circular, while a self-consistent packet hash says nothing about which draft is authoritative or approved.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: The document integrity contract MUST specify exact byte range and external digest custody. A recognized first-CRLF packet digest covers only bytes after that delimiter. For a JSON contact document, digest MUST be stored outside its hashed payload in authenticated SourceRegistry or a nonhashed preamble; no self-referential digest is normative. Every published RFC edition MUST map stable requirement IDs to an actual governing source revision, accountable Standard/Interface, positive and negative tests and independent evidence. Unsupported metadata is UNVERIFIED, not INVALID; a verified wrong known digest is FAIL.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Alter the body without changing the conventional preamble: digest fails. Change an external authority record: signed governing edition fails or conflicts. Verify unknown JSON metadata is inert, distinct from source approval. Reject claims that a checksum makes an unapproved draft policy.
SCOPE: Proposed requirement and acceptance test, NOT actual implementation or verified enforcement.

### Issue RESTORE-20 — RFC-AI 23
DESIGN CORRECTION RESTORE-20 — Verified backup, recovery, external commitments and independent communication
RATIONALE: GitLab demonstrated non-restorable backups; Atlassian lost contact routes while restoring site identities. A backup filename or preserved copy alone does not guarantee recovery.
REQUIRED FUTURE BEHAVIOR: Future storage and recovery Standards MUST specify independent restore exercises with exact object ID/revision, full content digest, ACL, linked dependent entities and provider state. Preserve original IDs where possible, record old/new mappings when not, and independently verify representative read/functional actions after restore. Emergency operator identity, contact data and recovery channel MUST be available outside the failed namespace or host. Destructive target types must be checked at effect boundary and prefer recoverable deletion. Lost remote commit acknowledgments require StorageInterface reconciliation before retry.
ADVERSARIAL DESIGN ACCEPTANCE: Simulate deletion of website with its contact/identity database; verify alternate emergency contact/recovery and exact-ID restoration across related services. A saved backup that cannot restore complete domain behavior MUST fail acceptance.
SCOPE: Proposed requirement and acceptance test, NOT actual implementation or verified enforcement.
## F. Architectural synthesis: the corrected future flow
**One source RFC:** Each RFC-AI N.txt remains one complete canonical text object. Its header/preamble may be any inert UTF-8 JSON/opaque content before the first literal CRLF. Reader and Writer can support different metadata subsets while preserving unknown bytes. Reader and Writer MUST NOT split chapter files or promote self-written approval status.

**One Worker Contact Document:** authenticated identity and current governing source resolution occur internally at W0. At W1 the assembler loads COMPLETE applicable Guiding Principles first and relevant identity-bound Continuity. At W2 it obtains actual environment observations independently of a task, including real AI provider/inference runtime, tool host/container, OS, actual connected machine, gateways, entitlements, network, storage mounts/provider consistency, UTC clock health, resource limits, data visibility and UNKNOWN/CONFLICT. It includes Context only if these data are substantive and authorized. W3 optionally adds real onboarding/qualification evidence as a nested subsection, not a fourth required section. W4 resolves the authenticated assignment and owner epoch last, adding Assignment only if actual work exists. Header notes optional omissions without generating blank pages. The ONE assembled briefing is not authorization to execute.

**After briefing:** W5 relevant internal/external research and CCRA; W6 requirement/dependency mapping; W7 separately authorized operations at actual boundaries; W8 provider/physical effect evidence; W9 reconciliation across StorageInterface, publisher and human approvals; W10 independently competent DAVG; W11 human acceptance per deliverable piece when required, distinct from pre-effect human authorization; W12 delivery and continuity learning. A revoked grant, stale source edition or changed host must trigger contextual update and effect-boundary recheck; unrelated accepted pieces need not be discarded.

**Meaning of always context-aware:** A worker can identify what is VERIFIED, REPORTED, UNKNOWN and STALE about its location in the company hierarchy, AI execution runtime, live shell tool host, separate user workstation and optional assignment target. It never claims a permanent sensor or continuous chat execution without an actual executor. Context is not a permit; task-specific target overlay cannot rewrite previously observed host context.

**Source vs delivery:** SourceRegistry, StorageInterface, role registry, machine inventory, collector and assignment/approval ledger are separate source systems with exact IDs, revisions and access controls. Their records feed ONE context-appropriate worker document; they do not become three separate worker documents. Future authorized Writer owns editing/preview UI but delegates real save/commit to StorageInterface and actual approval to independent human authority.

## G. What this design work cannot honestly mark FIXED
1. **Canonical source/publishing [BLOCKED]:** The 46 older public drafts previously compared differ from Google Drive originals. The direct Google Drive content update through its authorized connector previously encountered a platform safety block. This review has not overridden the block using root rclone or another weaker route. New Writer RFC-AI 46 is a provisional public source whose canonical Drive registry ID/edition approval is not independently established. Result: public review copies are READABLE, but NOT adopted source authority.
2. **Policy adoption [NOT AUTHORIZED]:** Publishing 47 review drafts, validating their SHA-256 or enumerating obligations is not authenticated CEO approval of the exact editions nor a corporate release. Each has draft status.
3. **Future new-framework implementation [NOT STARTED BY DESIGN]:** The new RFC-AI engine, future SourceRegistry, WorkerContactDocument runtime, WorkerCoordination, StorageInterface, privilege boundary, Writer, qualification engine and collector have not been installed or acceptance-tested. The user earlier explicitly required treating the framework as not yet implemented.
4. **Legacy root access [OPEN]:** A separate older administrative environment still has a broad root route. Removing it without tested least-privileged replacement would itself risk losing current operational capability; new RFC-AI 32 defines how to do this safely but does not claim it has been done.
5. **Legacy Reader automatic navigation [OPEN]:** The legacy manual Reader extension JavaScript was updated and checked with Node syntax/pure-function cases. The separate automatic mode was not successfully updated due to platform safety restrictions. Interactive browser behavior, keyboard focus, fallback on arbitrary first-CRLF metadata and safe DOM interaction are not independently accepted.
6. **Forensic collector custody [OPEN]:** The specification now defines separate source/collector/host principals, threat model, event sequence and evidence grades. There is no independently protected, provider-attested running collector that validates all historical or future operations.
7. **Per-obligation semantics [OPEN]:** Source-linked MUST/MUST NOT word locators and new stable 20 design-correction IDs are available. They do not magically classify every occurrence into unique requirements, each with a domain test. A future qualified editor and Standards owner must evaluate the clauses for ambiguity and duplication.
8. **Actual role qualifications [OPEN]:** The obligation for unseen practical tests and separate competence scopes is specified, but no approved professional validation dataset, test threshold or retest schedule exists.
9. **Storage/approval/provider interfaces [OPEN]:** The clarified storage transfer, commit uncertainty, Saga coordination and human approval contracts require future provider-specific APIs, authenticated authorities and independent failure-injection tests.
10. **Operational resource planning [OPEN]:** Numeric disk, CPU, queue and forensic retention budgets depend on the later target architecture and workloads. RFCs mandate boundaries but no acceptable production thresholds have been measured or adopted.
11. **Complete historical reconstruction [EVIDENCE GAP]:** Some early activities and deleted source revisions remain unknown because the available audit evidence does not establish every earlier effect. Never fill the gaps with reconstructed fiction.
12. **Independent acceptance [OPEN]:** These current design edits and this forensic narrative have not been signed off by an independent specialist auditor or approved by CEO; passing local packet tests is a different observation.

## H. Acceptance rubric — what future implementation WOULD have to demonstrate
**Governing registry:** exact ID/parent/edition/digest resolves one accepted source, different public derivative is explicitly classified and no same-name branch can silently take control.
**Worker bootstrap:** one document with only genuine sections; full current guiding principles first; real host and environment observed from the current execution system; no fabricated assignment; source identity and data-visibility constraints respected.
**Permissions:** protected operation checks current authenticated principal, human scope, typed target, revision and owner epoch on every real mutation route; no fallback via shell, browser, cloud mount or root.
**Storage:** missing transfer bytes are retried; ambiguous saved effect reconciled; provider committed bytes and external business goal separately verified.
**Forensics:** producer claim never passes as independent provider/physical evidence; compromise of shared custody is detected as a trust limit; missing evidence is UNKNOWN.
**DAVG:** deliberate malformed SVG, wrong CIDR, stale lease, expired grant, wrong target, damaged source metadata, lost acknowledgment, disk overload and incomplete sibling approval all fail appropriately.
**Resilience:** previous source and tested recovery channels restore actual content, object/ACL/dependencies and independent emergency contact.
**Reader/Writer:** arbitrary JSON/opaque metadata is safely preserved, no source chapters are split, available CONTINUITY/CONTEXT/ASSIGNMENT headings navigate within the same document, omitted optional sections do not create dummy buttons, and real Supermium acceptance demonstrates behavior.
**Policy state:** an approved edition, public review draft, actual implemented software and independently verified outcome each has its own authenticated evidence.

## I. DAVG review of this work itself
### Strengths
- Reuses historical incident evidence and primary outside cases, rather than treating new RFCs as self-justifying.
- Repairs all 20 analysis categories at normative future-design level with a concrete adversarial counterexample in the respective original RFC.
- Preserves the one-document architecture and optional low-value sections chosen by the CEO.
- Separates governing source, editable derivative, authenticated approval, storage commit, active work, independent observation and business outcome.
- Preserves the data-transfer byte-retry requirement while leaving storage commit mechanics with StorageInterface, preventing duplicate responsibility.
- Refuses to claim that draft language implements software or supplies source/permission authority.

### Weaknesses, honest limits
- Adding clauses can introduce ambiguous cross-RFC references. The future Standards and interface owner still need a stable contract registry and independent editorial review.
- The 20 design-correction IDs are review issue IDs; they are NOT exhaustive unique obligation IDs for every uppercase normative sentence in 47 documents.
- External postmortems are transferable precedents, not proofs of future implementation correctness.
- No real worker bootstrap, external authorization, or provider commit was executed as part of the NEW framework (as instructed).
- The public/canonical conflict and legacy Reader auto mode remain concrete blockers; withholding that information would be misleading.
- The large historical corpus may contain additional unseen errors. The documented evidence is a bounded audit, not a guarantee no further issues exist.

**Disposition:** The 20 enumerated design deficiencies are ADDRESSED IN SOURCE DRAFTS with falsifiable future acceptance tests. Their SOFTWARE, INFRASTRUCTURE, PROVIDER INTEGRATION and FORMAL ADOPTION outcomes are OPEN and cannot honestly be marked complete by editing prose. DAVG verdict: DESIGN CORRECTIONS IN PLACE; NO OPERATIONAL FULL PASS; CEO ADOPTION NOT RECORDED; ACTIVE SOURCE RECONCILIATION OPEN.

## J. Additional historical contact/privacy and training-catalog findings
**October 17, 2026 — HereShift/TapVoyage contact selection [E1].** The actual project objectives distinguish optional contact selection from authenticated remote device consent and revocable location-sharing permission. A browser prototype does not prove live GPS, actual Android permissions, real enrollment, connection or independent acceptance. A separate contemporaneous TapVoyage self-review states a name/number cannot route IP traffic or authenticate the contact. Future RFC-AI 25 now includes the supplementary CONTACT-PRIVACY design correction, requiring per-recipient purpose/precision/time permission, source visibility and revocation; a worker MUST NOT import another contact's consent into its own Context or Assignment. Evidence: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uwAra12Ye54nNsp3Cc88wvMxsF-WiNCR/view and https://drive.google.com/file/d/1d2CemtveWAsbL3s1p5GNJnwzALW46Xbt/view

**October 13, 2026 — lesson/training catalog [E1].** The Master Catalog describes a training-project/DA-fix matrix and labels itself canonical/ratified. That label is evidence of a document's recorded intent, NOT proof that all future specialists received real training or that defects were fixed at the domain boundary. RFC-AI 41 now includes supplementary LESSON-CATALOG correction: catalog source ID, original fault, independent correction evidence, practical training acceptance and current role authorization must all be separable, and absent evidence cannot yield competence PASS. Evidence: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GPl6Wlmm1Hh_Qpq1ukuGIog_qs-det7yxy821lZHwTs/edit

**November 2, 2026 — future-interface objectives [E1].** The CoreTextStorage/project objectives themselves explicitly say no new RFC-AI software has been implemented, instruct preservation of unfinished work and require separate source vs simulated proof. They still contain legacy API references such as GetUTCDateNow. The new RFC-AI 8 and 15 provide the future canonical proposed signature and a compatibility alias, but the historical text remains documentary evidence rather than retroactively edited history. Evidence: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1w5jHQvn5vEKXv3YxxU_yFt6A-rPyxTS5/view

**Status:** These two supplementary findings have dedicated draft clauses in RFC-AI 25 and 41. Actual contacts apps, permission services and specialist-training deployments were NOT modified or certified by this audit. They remain distinct projects requiring their own objective-specific tests.
