# RFC-AI DAVG — Updated 2026-11-03 UTC

**Full supporting investigation:** [Comprehensive historical forensic audit](Comprehensive_Historical_Forensic_Audit_20261103.md) includes chronological source evidence, external case studies, the exact 20 in-source corrections, adversarial design tests and unresolved obligations. The [design-correction matrix](Design_Correction_and_Test_Matrix.json) identifies accountable future Standards/Interfaces. This condensed DAVG is NOT the full historical report.
**DRAFT DESIGN ONLY — NOT APPROVED, IMPLEMENTED OR ENFORCED.**

## Corrected principles
One RFC-AI N.txt is ONE complete UTF-8 CRLF source. The bytes before FIRST CRLF permit extensible inert JSON (any RFC 8259 top-level type), conventional RFC-AI packet or unsupported opaque metadata; unknown must remain preserved and safely viewable. No section is independently authoritative.

Each worker receives ONE Worker Contact Document: **Continuity required** (applicable Guiding Principles first); **Context optional** when genuine current environment facts exist; **Assignment optional and last** when actually assigned. Omissions appear as concise metadata, not blank panels. Conditional onboarding is nested. W0–W4 are internal assembly steps and W5–W12 are future research/execution/verification stages.

New RFC-AI 46 defines a future Writer, NOT a deployed application, and has no independently verified canonical Drive/registry allocation.

## 20 analysis issues: documentary design correction / still open
1. **Canonical source identity** — RFC 9/13/26 specify IDs, digests and conflict states. **OPEN:** 46 public/Drive mismatches; RFC46 source ID not allocated.
2. **Bypass authorization** — RFC 21/32/39 mandate effect-boundary checks. **OPEN:** No universal engine; legacy broad root route.
3. **Human authority** — RFC 2/28/32 demand authenticated grants and revocation. **OPEN:** Provider-backed approvals and invalidation.
4. **Forensic custody** — RFC 22/39/45 distinguish F0–F4. **OPEN:** Independent key/collector custody.
5. **Distributed outcomes** — RFC 23/38/42 split saves from full outcome. **OPEN:** Saga/compensation protocol.
6. **Retry ambiguity** — RFC38 enforces missing-byte retry; StorageInterface handles commits. **OPEN:** Provider idempotency adapters.
7. **Worker execution/epochs** — RFC17/31 distinguish durable obligation from chat. **OPEN:** Coordinator/lease tests.
8. **Worker contact** — RFC35/36/44 ONE document, Continuity required, Context/Assignment optional. **OPEN:** Actual assembler not built.
9. **Research adequacy** — RFC5/11/18/41 separate fetch and comprehension. **OPEN:** Independent domain scoring.
10. **Requirement traceability** — Source MUST/MUST NOT retained, 47 shard locators. **OPEN:** Stable IDs, ownership and tests.
11. **Time API** — RFC6/8/15 propose GetUTCDatetimeNow and alias. **OPEN:** Interface and causal tests.
12. **Machine/workload identity** — RFC33/36/37 separate host, user, worker and target. **OPEN:** Attestation mechanism.
13. **Resource overload** — RFC24/31/45 add backpressure/retention obligations. **OPEN:** Numerical budgets and chaos tests.
14. **Competency** — RFC12/42/44 propose independent practical testing. **OPEN:** Valid role thresholds.
15. **DAVG** — RFC22/27/29/39 require real independent checks. **OPEN:** Qualified actual acceptance.
16. **Circular dependencies** — RFC40/43 propose ordered future contracts. **OPEN:** Minimum reference implementation deliberately deferred.
17. **Source retirement** — RFC9/34/41 distinguish history vs current. **OPEN:** Real indexing and cache retirement.
18. **Reader / Writer** — RFC1/9/46 allow extensible inert preamble, one source document. **OPEN:** Reader auto mode unchanged; Writer code not implemented.
19. **Section architecture** — RFC35/36/44 require one document with no empty optional sections. **OPEN:** Integrated runtime and Supermium interaction untested.
20. **Digest integrity** — Unified schema avoids impossible self-hashing JSON. **OPEN:** Full JSON Schema conformance/golden vectors untested.
## Checks and limits
- 47 public RFC drafts are subject to packet/header SHA-256 and CRLF checks; these do NOT establish canonical Drive identity or human approval.
- Earlier comparison established **46 public-vs-Drive differences**. RFC 46 has no confirmed Drive source ID, which is a distinct unresolved problem.
- A legacy Reader manual-view ZIP update passed JavaScript syntax checks and 15+ Node helper checks for ID 0, JSON/opaque metadata, and section navigation. The legacy **automatic content script was not updated**: a change attempt was safety-blocked. No bypass was attempted; real Supermium UI validation is still outstanding.
- The unified draft JSON Schema is parseable and its self-hashing field was removed, but no full standards-compliant Schema validator or new runtime has been tested. Twenty proposed conformance scenarios are SPECIFIED, NOT EXECUTED.
- The new document/UI architecture MUST NOT be described as running RFC-AI code. Current Alpine CorporateAdministrator and the read-only legacy host probe are historical infrastructure, not implementations of these RFCs.
- The 47-part MUST/MUST NOT locator identifies word occurrences only, not final stable obligations or test oracles.
- Public source derivative, approved edition, implemented capability, enforced control and completed business objective remain separate states. No CEO approval or FULL PASS is inferred from publication.
